ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Court Core is not a basketball training. Every drill, every circuit, and every session is purposefully designed with the basketball athlete in mind. Whether you're working to improve your first step, build explosiveness off the block, or simply develop the endurance to compete at full intensity from tip-off to final buzzer — this program was built for you.
Our training focuses:
💪 Core Strength & Proper Form A strong core is the foundation of every move you make on the court. We train athletes to build real, functional core strength while establishing proper form and movement patterns that reduce injury risk and maximize performance.
⚡ Agility Quick feet win games. Our agility training develops the lateral speed, reaction time, and footwork precision that translates directly to defensive positioning, driving lanes, and transitional play.
⚖️ Balance Balance is the difference between a good play and a great one. We incorporate balance training that improves body control, coordination, and stability — so athletes can perform under pressure without breaking down.
🏃 Conditioning Talent fades when the body is tired. Our conditioning circuits are designed to build the cardiovascular and muscular endurance athletes need to compete at a high level from the first minute to the last.

Julie Leonard brings a powerful combination of athletic training expertise and nutritional knowledge to every Court Core session. With six years of experience as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and four years as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Julie understands that peak athletic performance is about more than just what happens in the gym.
Her approach is athlete-centered, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Julie is committed to meeting each athlete where they are — building confidence, correcting form, and pushing every participant toward their personal best. With Julie leading Court Core, your athlete is in exceptional hands.
